Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days – $5.00
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days – $15.00
- Free Shipping on orders over $50.00 (standard shipping only)
- International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-20 business days – $20.00
- Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days – $40.00
- Free International Shipping on orders over $150.00 (standard shipping only)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on the destination and unforeseen delays such as customs processing.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Artlockit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Artlockit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Receipt: Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Process

- Ship Items Back: Send the items to the address provided by our customer service team. Include your receipt or proof of purchase and the return authorization form.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [Customer Service Email].
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact Your Bank: Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
